Searching material for my bag

Since Puan Nida proceed my idea for inspiration bag, I went to Ikea Cheras and Spotlight Mytown Cheras. Just to see myself the variety types cotton fabric. I didnt buy it anymore because its so expensive at there. Beside, Kak Bib offers to me her cotton fabric, so i just need to buy from her. Atleast i can know more knowledge about cotton fabric. My last post, I shared about types of cotton fabric, so after i went to Spotlight, yes there were a lot of cotton fabrics. I don't know where to start hahahaha. There were two sections for cotton fabric in Spotlight. One for making curtains, another for making cloth. For curtains, the materials type is very heavy, but in cloth section, it is more lighter than there.

Because i didnt deign with the curtains section, so i just straight to the cloth area. But unfortunately, the materials also not suitable for handbag. Because it is too soft and light. The design looks so oldskool. For me it is not suitable for making the bag. Besides, i dont like this type of printing design. Looks like kid's design. Even though this materials is for clothing line, but for me. its not follow the current trend for printing. Where is the real textile designer for Spotlight company. It is also not worth to buy for me. Maybe because it is international company, but at least make it more creative for the design. Not just playing with the price but the quality for design is totally out. For the material is quite nice. I love the softness of the cotton, the variety of cotton fabrics, that all that i love about the cotton fabric in spotlight.
